It all starts around a table, where cooking becomes a language and sharing is a given.
Born from a heritage deeply rooted in the art of French hospitality, I have built my cuisine between tradition and openness to the world.
Today, as a private chef based in Brittany, I create a dialogue between the flavors of French cuisine and Caribbean, Asian, and Oriental influences.
Each experience is conceived as an encounter: between a place, guests, and a moment.
A sensitive and vibrant cuisine, guided by the product, the season and the emotion of the moment.
